A: Vacation properties are privately owned. Each is decorated and furnished to the homeowner’s taste. Guests will find a variety of styles – from traditional to contemporary, from “country beach” to “colorfully eclectic.”

Q: Do you offer Travel Insurance?

A: GARM companies offer optional travel insurance. You’ll receive information about it when you reserve your house. GARM highly recommends travel insurance; it protects guests in the event of an unexpected cancellation due to an emergency situation, including mandatory evacuations for hurricanes, illness, job loss, etc. Each GARM company will provide specifics about the travel insurance it offers.
